Course Fees

Dentists/staff member $50
Part-time dentists* $25
New TDIC policyholders (within the first policy year) Free

Fees should be paid in $US, drawn on a bank located in the United States, or with American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Please make checks payable to TDIC.

*Must have TDIC part-time professional liability policy.

Confirmation
Live seminar and CD self-study registrations are confirmed via USPS mail. Online self-study registrations are confirmed via e-mail (please make sure to check your junk and spam folders). If you do not receive you confirmation within ten (10) business days, please contact TDIC at 800.733.0634.

Premium Discount
TDIC policyholders who complete a seminar or self-study course will receive a two-year, five (5) percent discount effective their next policy renewal. Non-policyholders who complete a seminar or self-study course and are accepted for TDIC coverage will also be eligible for this discount.

To obtain the five (5) percent, two-year discount, dentists must return and successfully complete the course by October 31, 2010.

To confirm the expiration of your current risk management discount, please contact your local broker.

Going Green
To reduce paper waste, TDIC will no longer provide printouts of seminar material. Participants can download all material from our website at thedentists.com/handouts both before and after the seminar.

Deadlines
Seminar registration must be received seven (7) business days prior to the desired seminar; mail registration must be postmarked the Friday preceding the seminar. Payment must be received with the registration.

TDIC will allow positively no admittance one hour after the start of the seminar.

Transfers, Cancellations, and Refunds
To cancel or transfer a seminar registration, your request must be made in writing at least five (5) working days prior to the seminar you were originally scheduled to attend.  A $15 handling fee may be charged on all seminar cancellations.  Seminar transfers may be made to any fall 2010 seminar, providing space is available, with no penalty.  If you do not cancel or transfer your registration and do not attend the seminar, you will not receive a refund or credit toward a future seminar.  To cancel or transfer your registration, please fax your written request to 877.714.3184.
